Nothing, I don’t recommend it at all; it ruined my trip. I left the door locked and when I returned it was open and my backpack with documents had been stolen. The manager offered no solution or responsibility.

The quickness of finding a loft was a plus. Services were lacking; the apartment needed more care even though pets were allowed for one night.

The location was very good, a few minutes from the station. The accommodation was extremely noisy.

Absolutely nothing. On arrival the apartment was disgusting. I asked for a refund, left, and had to find last‑minute accommodation; the messages were not very bad, but when I requested the refund they told me to apply for a full refund. Even after following their instructions and contacting customer service, they never replied, neither to me nor to booking.
