Everything was perfect—the room, the cleanliness, the lounge staff, and our butler Sam. We were taken care of so well that we stayed for two weeks and will return soon. All the restaurants served excellent food, and the high tea was amazing. We love this place.

I liked the breakfast and the restaurant choices at the hotel, and the staff were all kind and friendly. The AC had a slight odor, but the room didn’t really need it since it was always a bit cool.

Breakfast was good, but the highlight was dinner and its desserts. The menu offered 28‑30 items, and even during a week-long stay I couldn’t try them all. The only improvement for dinner would be more variety in the vegetable section so that vegetarians from other Asian countries have more options. The room got hot at night even with the AC set to 18°C; the bed area warmed up, so the first two nights were a bit hard to sleep.
