I'm really disappointed with how this whole thing went down - the hotel basically cancelled my booking, saying they didn't have the suite available. Not cool. And to make matters worse, it feels like there's no accountability here since I got a confirmation from the site, but the hotel can just back out. Needless to say, I won't be using this service again.
