“Good place to stay in Gorlitz”

The location, parking, and view from the window were all great, and the building itself is quite nice, though a bit older. The staff handled a forgotten item well; it was found, stored, and safely retrieved later. The room was a bit small, but that was expected.

“Schönes altes Gebäude, sehr hellhörig, aber sehr gut gelegen”

The building looks good and is well kept, with a superb location for walking around the city. I had a small but nice room. Unfortunately, it was very noisy; you can clearly hear everything happening in the hallway, and with the street side, you even catch the tram. Being addressed in a female form, even though my first name is clearly male, happens sometimes. I also found the communication between the AI and staff about a parking space offer to be very terse.

“Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage in Zentrum Nähe.”

Breakfast was excellent. The city center is a 15‑minute walk away, and there’s a swimming pool just about 3 minutes around the corner. The zoo is nearby, and there’s a parking lot behind the hotel with a separate entrance. The on‑site restaurant serves Silesian dishes. No comments, everything was fine.

The room was well furnished, and the location was good, a piece from the city center. The restaurant was about a minute from the hotel, and the large bathroom was nice. There was no climate control, the street was quite noisy, and a tram ran along it. In the restaurant, they forgot to bring what we had ordered. In the end, we were also charged for a second table, but we noticed it and it got sorted out.
