A real mansion‑castle suited to modern, demanding visitors; the bathroom is stunning, the halls, stairs, and rooms are clean and well‑decorated, and the views of rolling hills and woodlands are breathtaking.

The place looks stunning and charming, and staying here feels like living in history with all the modern comforts; Carol was an amazing host.

This spot is absolutely amazing—after visiting many locations worldwide, this tops them all. There are only three fantastic rooms, all immaculate with great service, and I couldn’t ask for more. No complaints, but it might not suit everyone since there’s no restaurant and the nearest town is a short drive away.
A large, beautiful room, a very good and extensive breakfast, and a nice, big bed; it was wonderfully quiet, and after a long day of walking I could rest well.

Carol welcomed us warmly and was very helpful around the property; the bedroom, bathroom, and room‑service breakfast were incredible, so I’d definitely recommend it. On Sunday Hawick was very quiet with few restaurants open, so we had to drive farther for dinner, but it was still worth the stay.
