“Incubo”

When I booked ten days ahead I asked for a baby crib, only to be told the night before—when cancellation was no longer possible—that none were available; upon arrival they pointed out an extra bed that would be dangerous for an infant, despite the website claiming cribs were provided, and the hotel itself was old, carpeted and lacked an elevator, costing €176 plus €15 for my dog, a total of €191 for a night that turned into a nightmare.

The atmosphere felt as family‑like as it could get, with Karl being exceptionally friendly and attentive; the three‑course dinner was simply delicious, the abundant breakfast left nothing to be desired, there was a bike storage room, and I couldn’t think of anything else to wish for.

The view of the mountains was great, the price was reasonable, and some of the decor had a Red Dead Redemption vibe.
