The staff were friendly. The room was old and smelled funny, and the bed was not very comfy.

“Horrible. In all CAPS”

Does not serve breakfast. I checked in on Sat 7/5. Photos show trash and debris under the bed. The bathtub was dirty with mold. The toilet had a moldy ring and pee/BM stains. The floor had dead bugs, spider webs, and hair/trash—no one seemed to sweep or mop. The room smelled bad, probably from the bathroom. The AC ran loudly and hard, ruining sleep all Saturday night. The toilet kept running and didn’t shut off. The closet had trash and dead bugs on its floor. I called the front desk and Tanya said housekeeping would come. A maintenance guy fixed the toilet but not the AC. The cleaning lady never showed up. At about 11 pm I called the courtesy officer and complained that the neighbor was playing loud music; they lowered it briefly, then turned it back up. The neighbors upstairs (directly over me) stomped on the floor, moved chairs, walked hard, and made loud noises late into the night. With the AC running, the neighbors’ music, and the upstairs noise, I was ready to pull my hair out and couldn’t sleep. I still had to get up early Sunday, had to kill several roaches, and found hair and a live spider in the bed when I turned the sheets back. I called the courtesy officer twice and the police twice since moving in on that Sat.

“Pesima atencion, checking tarde no es posible.”

La hora máxima para hacer el checking es 6 PM, pero "permite" y te preguntan si quieres hacerlo en otra hora. Añadí la necesidad de entrar a las 7, tanto en sus formularios como mensajes por la aplicación con días de antelación, y no me respondieron. El día que llegué e intenté hacer checking a las 7, no había nadie; llamé al número de atención y lo atendía una persona que estaba en el hotel pero que no tenía poder de darme la habitación. Al día siguiente fui para hacer el checking y me dijeron que la reserva estaba cancelada por no haberlo hecho el día anterior. Un desastre.
