Nestled in a historic Subiaco building, Agriturismo Colle Tocci offers garden and mountain vistas from a sun‑lit terrace on a quiet street. Rooms feature private bathrooms, bidets, terraces, patios, and fireplaces, with family and ground‑floor options. The on‑site restaurant serves Italian and local cuisine, including vegetarian dishes and à la carte breakfasts. A ski shop provides equipment and passes; nearby attractions include Grotte Dell’Arco and Hadrian’s Villa.

The rooms stayed cool even in summer, the staff were friendly, and the place was well‑located, but I was upset about the pet fee: the owner had agreed via email to charge €10 a day for my dog, yet I was billed €20 a day at checkout, likely due to a communication lapse between the owner and the front desk.

My husband and I were very happy; the agriturismo is welcoming, the staff efficient and friendly, the room is basic but fully equipped. We missed trying the restaurant because on the evening of 15 August the place was very busy with Ferragosto lunch, but we’ll return to taste the cuisine. However, a broken mosquito net in the room let a persistent mosquito disturb our sleep, and the staff couldn’t fix it in time because the issue happened just before Ferragosto.

We only stayed a night, but we loved everything at Agritourismo Colle Tocci: the premises, the staff, the food. The place is a short ride or about an hour’s walk from Subiaco and can also be reached on foot via side roads. The rooms are cozy, very quaint and spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The real highlight was the food—definitely eat there, especially a sunset dinner overlooking the hills is a real treat.
