The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view, and the location was great—thanks, Hayat Water Falls.

“Lovely staff but noise and work a real issue.”

I appreciated the welcome and friendly staff, and being right on the Corniche was another plus; there were small shops nearby for water and other essentials. However, there was a lot of building work on the floors below that was noisy and dirty, and a party one night was extremely loud with banging doors and moving furniture that went on until 4 am, so the early‑hour door banging was a recurring issue. The kettle was interesting, and the AC made a lot of noise, so it felt either too hot or too noisy. I checked out a day early.

The place was very old, dilapidated, dirty, and smelled bad—worth every Riyal. Everything was missing or unavailable, unclean, and the furniture was incomplete and worn.

“Very Poor place”

The location was the only positive thing, but I was really disappointed with the cleanliness; the place was very poor, had no facilities, and the bathroom was tiny—tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny.
