“프론트 접객?”
The room was just average, but I normally don’t write reviews; a mail prompted me to share this. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk for check‑in, only a female employee sitting with a mask on, who barely looked up, gave no greeting and spoke in a low voice, forcing me to use the self‑check‑in machine. She should have posted a sign directing guests to the kiosk. It was odd to see a single staff member in his 50s sitting idle, not even busy, yet offering no courtesy. I felt uncomfortable and thought a simple “hello” was missing. After that, I checked out at 4 am the next day; the room itself was basic. Because of the rude check‑in, I don’t think I’ll return, and I can’t even call it a hotel. I was only there for a short rest and didn’t expect stellar service, but the experience was so unusual I felt compelled to write this long note.
