Hotel Alaknanda Paradise

Nothing waste of money. The rooms were very unclean, and there was a strong cigarette smell, with cigarette remains found in the room. The hotel kitchen (food service) was very disappointing and whatever food was available was extremely overpriced with very small portions. The washrooms had no basic facilities such as toothpaste or towels. Even in the morning there was no water in washrooms , there was no proper arrangement. There was also no view at all. Overall, the experience was very bad and far below expectations. The hotel seriously needs to improve cleanliness, food service, and basic amenities

The location was fair. The room was spacious. The noise insulation was really bad. I could hear all the reels people were watching outside. Also, the bed and bedsheets were kind of a mess. Not well made at all

Nothing. The hotel is actually on the 2nd floor and the stairs to it are dark, no lift whatsoever. I felt a bit scared staying there so I left, and didn't even stay there
