The front‑desk staff was wonderful. The smell of cigarette smoke (smoking is irritating and harmful to kids) was a problem; please ban smoking inside the hotel and enforce fines on smokers.

The place was comfortable, clean, new, fully serviced, in a lively area, and the staff were highly professional, respectful, and friendly—especially Mr. Khaled and his colleagues. I recommend them. The hotel does not offer a full‑service franchise.

Nice, and I’ll stay here again. The only issue is that the parking is tight, making it hard to get in and out.
