The price and service are a plus; the room has a view, tea and coffee, and it’s a good stop when you’re in Thơ. Occasionally there were minor annoyances, but I’d still choose it again. For the two‑night stay, at check‑in I was handed a razor that was missing a blade; the staff told me the owner had cut the razor off. On day two I requested housekeeping, and they arranged a tidy room, added tea, coffee, and a full razor.

The schedule kept changing, the app cancelled for free but still added 50k, and this time booking close to the check‑in got a higher price; the extra charges were unreasonable.

The host—or maybe the owner—was amazing. She handled everything well, even when we shortened our stay for hospital reasons. Nothing negative.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which turned out to be a great choice for our stay in Cần Thơ. The 24-hour reception was super convenient, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was comfy, and we even made the most of the balcony to have breakfast (there was a kettle in the room, which was a nice touch).

I've stayed at this place a few times already, and I'm impressed by how well they've maintained their quality. The prices are super stable, even during peak seasons and holidays, which is a big plus. The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay.
