“最高の環境！！”

I had to stay for a few nights because of an emergency, and I’m glad I did; the owner was very kind and I definitely want to use it again 😍. No complaints.

The place was very spacious and clean, and the moment I entered the room I felt excited! The kitchen was large enough for cooking 🉑, and there were a convenience store and drugstore right in front, so I had no trouble. I’d love to stay here with a large group next time; it’s a wonderful place 😊, and it’s also great for long‑term stays ✨. No issues.

“改善されないと使用したくない。”

The room was large, and the bath was roomy too; I appreciated the freedom to relax. However, the signage was unclear and confusing, the TV channels weren’t set up so I couldn’t watch anything, and although pets were allowed, the cleanup was sloppy and there was a noticeable odor. Towels weren’t provided, and I couldn’t tell if the sheets or pillow covers were clean. The hallway light bulb was out or the hallway stayed dark, and there was overgrown grass in the entrance, giving a neglected feel.

There’s a drugstore next door, a convenience store nearby, and a tasty baked curry shop close by, and it’s only 1.1 km to Kōbe Station—super convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed here to watch the marathon at Kōbe, and the staff were very helpful with changes to my reservation. I’d like to stay again. The only issue was dust and other cleaning leftovers in corners of the room.

The room was spacious, so even if the kids were a bit noisy it didn’t bother me (*^_^*). I did notice a slight sewer smell.
