The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous, and the on‑site restaurant served good food. The view and landscape were nice. Air conditioning was barely effective, the toilet didn’t flush, water pressure was very low, and water ran brown from the sink and bathtub initially. The place felt very dated and a little run‑down. The pool was okay but a bit murky.

I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the staff were incredibly helpful and the food in the restaurant was decent. However, I was really disappointed with the state of the bathroom, which was in a terrible condition, and the lack of hot water was a major inconvenience. The resort itself felt neglected and run-down, with noisy surroundings, old and moldy beds, and a subpar breakfast selection.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel, which seemed to be in a state of disrepair. Some areas were crumbling, and the overall atmosphere was marred by the presence of rubbish and demolition debris. The breakfast was subpar, and I encountered several issues with my room, including a lack of warm water and a non-functional TV. My stay was one of the worst in 35 years, and I was relieved to leave.

I recently stayed at this hotel during January, and it was a serene experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, we were a bit disappointed to find that the second pool was out of order and not mentioned on the hotel's website. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to get around and explore the area. The staff were also extremely helpful and provided top-notch service, always willing to lend a hand or offer recommendations. However, I did notice that the room could use a bit of an update, but it didn't detract from my stay.
