“Will never return . Management has a terrible attitude”
The room design was the only positive. The fact that rooms are near the restaurant made it noisy in the morning and people had breakfast at your door, plus coffee and drinks in the evening. The humidity in the rooms was unbearable. The smell in my room made it impossible to sleep, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, so I had the worst nights. Management’s attitude wasn’t what I expected. When I booked, I accidentally added an extra night a few minutes later; I emailed management for a refund for that unused night and they never refunded me, adding to the awful experience. A cockroach on the floor didn’t help either.
