The staff tried to make my stay easier, but the other guests threw parties until 3 am, started drinking at 8 am, shouted all night, and the noise made it impossible to sleep. The staff couldn’t stop it.

This place feels like a scam: when you book they say they didn’t receive the reservation after you arrive at the hotel. I was very disappointed. Don’t book here.

Everything was clean, but the electricity was unreliable many times, so I had to call reception. The air conditioner kept tripping off because of the power issues.

Honestly, there was nothing good except that the staff were friendly, which was the only plus. I arrived at the resort at 4 am and, despite the ten emails I’d sent in advance about my late arrival, my room had already been given to someone else, showing the management’s complete incompetence; they then shuttled me on a scooter with my huge suitcase to some apartment where I finally managed to sleep at 6 am. That apartment was an outright insult – a 5 cm‑thin mattress, grime everywhere… The next morning I was finally handed the room I’d booked, but everything was worn out and broken. It’s a disgrace that such a place is even marketed. I checked out the same day because I found a room at the Marriott, and the next day the management finally sent a confirmation that I could check in late – absolutely ridiculous for a Fab Hotel.
