The location was good and the staff were hospitable, but the stairs to the elevator were a problem and payment was only by cash; however, the front desk could exchange Japanese yen, so that was fine.

The room matched the photos – it was clean and the location was good. On the first day everything was fine, but the third bed was in the window extension and the AC was running, so I couldn’t sleep there; there was no drinking water and no hot water.

The overall conditions and location were very good. We booked a taxi and paid the hotel directly to take us to the airport, showing the intended airport on our phone. On the day, the driver was taking us to the wrong place. We noticed the mistake halfway through and, after talking with the driver and the hotel, they said we’d have to pay the same amount again. Feeling it was unfair, we left the taxi and took another one. Apart from that, everything went well.
