I wasted my time here; the hotel was filthy, the rooms I was promised were not available, and the service was disgusting.

“Very different from photos but helpful and kind staff”

The only redeeming thing about this hotel, and why it got 5 stars instead of 1 or 2, was because the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The reality of the hotel is VERY different from the photos and description and the local staff did their best to help resolve these issues, including giving us a 10% discount. They also provided free bottled water which was very nice, as well as a plate and knife to cut our fruit. -Many amenities listed were unavailable, like wifi, kettle in room, towels. When we asked, the staff were able to provide the kettle and one towel although we were two people -We never got a second towel even with a 3-night stay for 2 people -The room was clean enough, but the rest of the hotel (hallways, stairs, lobby) was coated in a think but solid layer of dust -No wifi (we did receive a 10% discount for this) -Overall the hotel looks very different from the photos
