The only bright spot was the bathroom and shower area’s cleanliness, but overall the stay was terribly disappointing: the room’s standard didn’t match the price, walls and floor were dirty, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, squeaked, and the mattress support was unstable; only one towel, one set of sheets and a worn pillow were provided, the room was cold and noisy, and a heavily scratched desk stood in the room; basic toiletries were missing, only disposable towels were offered in the bathroom; the door had frosted glass panels that didn’t ensure privacy, and a camera in the kitchen felt like an over‑reach into private space; the chipped kettle was unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here.

No cooperation from the staff; there was no single large bed, and the staff tried to make up for it by moving two beds.
