Located in the historic centre, it is a 5‑minute walk to Piazza del Campo, 200 m from San Cristoforo Church, and near the National Museum of Etruscan Archaeology.

The location is great—just a 10‑minute walk to the center, and free parking is about 15 minutes away. Even though the room is close to the center, it’s very quiet and clean. WhatsApp communication was precise and always available if needed. A place to return to because Siena is such a beautiful city.

Nothing, we didn’t sleep in our room. We booked this apartment because it was advertised as having air conditioning. Unfortunately, this was very misleading. When we arrived, the apartment was extremely hot, around 40°C, and instead of air conditioning there were only two small fans. The temperature inside made it impossible to sleep comfortably. We went to the rental office to discuss the issue. A colleague of the owner was present and told us there was nothing she could do because Erika, the owner, would not provide any solution. We politely explained that sleeping in a 40°C apartment with only fans was not reasonable and asked for either a refund or some form of compensation for the remaining nights. Our request was refused. We then called the owner directly. As soon as we explained which apartment we were calling about, she hung up on us. We found this extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and far from hospitable. The lack of proper air conditioning and the way our concerns were handled completely ruined our stay. We were unable to sleep in the apartment because of the heat, and no effort was made to help us find a solution. We cannot recommend this property.

The location, ease of access, and large window were great. The pillows were not very comfortable.

Location. They have dishes and kitchen utensils, but they have to be washed in the bathroom. That’s unhygienic. Also, better information on how to get there is needed because the street is only one block and no one knows it.
