The room was spacious and comfortable with amazing light and a breathtaking view, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was extremely central.

The spot is great with a nice view, but the furnishings feel too basic and some parts are incomplete—like the bathroom tap, the bed frame, and the toilet paper holder. There was no seating, a cup, or cutlery for a possible breakfast.

The reception was friendly, the apartment sat right in the heart of Veroli with a superb terrace view, but the renovation was rushed and sloppy: the bathroom had no heating and was damp, paint peeled off walls, a broken chair on the terrace left pieces on the floor, the coffee machine was unusable because the pods didn’t fit, there were lamps without bulbs, and the heating was noisy; a little more care could have turned it into a great spot.

Clear directions and a stunning terrace view were highlights, yet the modern furniture felt bland. In an old building I expected a more historic vibe and a restoration of the original atmosphere. Functional items were missing, such as a wardrobe or a bench to put the suitcase, and the bathroom lacked a counter to hold a beauty case. The taps were also not very functional.
