“Très bon séjour.”

The food, the staff’s friendliness, the quality drinks, the comfortable and well‑sound‑proofed rooms were all positive, but the shared bathrooms were poorly maintained, the housekeeping didn’t replenish soap, paper, or floor supplies often enough, the restaurant lacked a table‑setting, and both the indoor and outdoor pools were very cold, earning an 8.0/10 rating.

The hotel was relatively close to the beach; the reception staff were Bulgarians, while the restaurant and housekeeping staff were from Kazakhstan, yet all were exceptionally kind; the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and there was plenty of food. However, the overall feel was mass‑market: the food seemed like pre‑made or made with the cheapest ingredients; the all‑inclusive alcohol, beer, and coffee were terrible; the rooms had only moderate soundproofing, as if it were the end of the season; the bathrooms only had one bar of soap and a rare liquid soap, and the showers sprayed everywhere. The most annoying part was the check‑in and check‑out times: check‑in after 15:00 and check‑out before 11:00. The description said that breakfast ended the stay, but I checked in at 17:30 and even if I had been early, I probably wouldn’t have had a key or the option to use lunch before settling in. It’s a small detail, but rather petty.

The programs were good, the food varied with plenty of choices, and it was close to the beach and the bazaar, but cleanliness could be improved; the cleaners came daily, yet there were hair strands in the shower when we occupied the room, and the glasses in the bar were not very trustworthy.
