The room was spotless, no dust anywhere. I didn't have any complaints about cleanliness.

The hotel is in a great spot and the room was roomy. Unfortunately the reception staff were not friendly or helpful, and the casino staff were indifferent and the place was a mess. Hygiene in the casino was zero.

The room was big enough for me. The staff were aggressive and rude – they barely looked at us when we went to check in and even scolded us. For a hotel that looks fancy, this kind of attitude is unacceptable. I won't go back or recommend it.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and pretty. The first night the receptionist was nervous and dismissive, not even looking at us until another staff member stepped in. The next day she was polite and professional. Overall, the stay was okay but the first-night reception was rough.
