Overall excellent, with the most friendly and ever‑helpful staff; Chat GPT had actually recommended it after I mentioned my poor experience at a nearby hotel, and when driving between Coimbatore and Mumbai it proved to be a convenient, efficient stop that offered great value, a nice room, and solid service.

The breakfast spread was good, though I hope the hotel can fix its LPG supply issues. I would also suggest that the wooden chamber of the room refrigerator be better ventilated—otherwise the space heats up while the fridge runs, reducing cooling efficiency and shortening its life. Adding slots, louvres, or holes for ventilation, or even removing the front wooden door, would help.

The hotel's central location was a major draw for me, but unfortunately, the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night. On the plus side, the staff were super helpful when I checked in late, and the room was spotless, even if it was a bit on the small side. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, but the noise level was a major drawback.
