“Sehr sauberes und kundenfreundliches Hotel mit kurzen Wegen ins Dorf”

We stopped over in the Alps again this year and spent a night there. The front‑desk ladies were super friendly and gave us all the info we needed. One of them even printed extra guest cards for us because we were heading back to the glacier on the way home. Our room was modern Alpine‑style and spotless, and the breakfast buffet was nicely stocked even though the summer crowd was thin. The hotel’s big outdoor parking is easy to use and works for low‑profile cars.

The place is right in the middle of town, clean, and the breakfast is solid. The only hiccup was that the bathroom heater didn’t work and the shower enclosure was leaking.

The reception staff were very friendly and spoke several languages smoothly. My room was tidy and even set up for breakfast before I arrived. The food at the restaurant could use some improvement, though. When we got there around 7:30 p.m., the staff at the dining area weren’t as courteous or polite as we’d hoped, so we didn’t feel as warmly welcomed.

“Was ok”

Ski‑in, ski‑out is a big plus. The main ski shop felt a bit shady, but the smaller shop down the hill was honest and had integrity. The partner shop at the bottom of the slope gave my skis a terrible service when I didn’t need sharpening; after they finished, my skis were all messed up and I had to fix them myself.

The hospitality was great, and the suite was super comfortable and cozy. The staff were excellent, and breakfast was top‑notch. The location is perfect for ski‑in, ski‑out.
