The location had all the services I needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The spot was great, close to the metro, shops, and a gas station; everything was managed online and offered good value for money.

The room was comfortable, clean, and the self‑check‑in worked well, but it didn't feel very modern.

The main reason I booked was the location, which was exactly where I needed to be. However, the air conditioning was inadequate for the room and the unit was very noisy. The bathroom was a disaster: a broken door handle left the door open, the shower was tiny with black mold at the corners, the curtain pole was broken and hanging causing floods, missing accessories and holes in the walls, a sink that didn’t drain leaving dirty water, sockets that were loose, broken curtains, and an empty water bottle on the table. The lack of attention to detail was obvious. See pictures.
