At the last minute they informed us that dorms were unavailable and that we could only get single rooms by paying extra.

I only got clean tap water here; everything else was a mess. The sheets on my bed were dirty and when I asked for a change the staff refused, even handing me another old sheet. The windows were broken and the mosquito nets had holes, while the curtains were covered in dust. The photos on the booking site looked different from what I actually experienced, making the stay horrible overall.

The location was unbeatable, with easy access to public transport. The only downside was the bedsheet.

It was a very quiet and peaceful place. I booked for one day but ended up staying three. Sonu, the staff member, was extremely helpful, and the kitchen was nice. Nothing else to complain about.
