“Ok for one night stay”

Location. Hidden in the forest but with small and quick paths to the Bahnhof. Infrastructure. Too old heating systems with big noise in the evening, no shampoos without any pre-information, and the breakfast is not good

For the price, it’s fantastic; it’s very simple but lacks nothing, the staff is truly top‑class—helpful, friendly, and even kind to kids. The location is amazing; we’ve stayed twice more and will come back.

Die Dame an der Reception war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, auskunftsbereit, locker und spassig. Das Zimmer mit Kajütenbett (war nicht vorhergesehen, jedoch für mich kein Problem hinaufzusteigen

From the balcony, you can see Arosa and the mountains, and the breakfast selection is large; the facilities are very clean. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, sometimes even at night, and there's no way to make a hot drink outside of breakfast.
