I scored it 4.0/10 because if you accidentally leave something valuable, the cleaning staff just keep it—they don't return it.

I gave it an 8.0/10: the place was very nice and comfortable, the prices were great, and the staff were friendly.

I rated it 10.0/10; breakfast was fine and the location was perfect for avoiding Denver traffic on the way home the next day, so I’d stay again, though both elevators were out of order.

I gave it 7.0/10 because it seemed understaffed: breakfast was supposed to open at 6, but when I arrived at 6:30 the doors were locked and I couldn’t find anyone, and the staff were not available.

I scored it 5.0/10: the location was good but the price was too high.
