“Very good!”

The place has a great location, close to the beach, groceries, and shopping. The street is quiet with parking, and they provided beach chairs and an umbrella for us. The only downside was that all balconies are open, so you share the same space with your neighbor. I also disliked the aluminum cookware—it’s toxic. I cook daily and had to limit myself because there was only one frying pan for everything. I asked the manager for stainless steel on arrival, but didn’t receive it until the night before we left, during our 6‑night stay. There was no blender either. Other than that, it’s a great spot.

Room Gaviota was great, but then they moved me to the lower one, which I didn’t like as much. The air was a bit old and I couldn’t find where to turn off the display at night, so I couldn’t sleep, and it was noisier than the other room that I loved sleeping in. I found plenty of ants in the lower room, probably because of the jungle area, but not in the upper room. The noise and the night display were the main issues.

“Great comfortable and quiet place to stay near the main beaches.”

The spot’s just a short stroll to Playa Madera—under five minutes—and a fifteen‑minute walk to Playa Ropa, plus it’s close enough to town for meals. The apartment feels roomy, spotless, and tucked in a quiet area. The ladies on staff were friendly and helpful, and I couldn’t ask for more. The only tweak I’d suggest is changing the pillows occasionally, since they get a bit lumpy over time.
