The room I had was spacious and clean, which was a great start to my stay. However, I encountered some communication issues that could have been handled better. I had received an email confirming my stay and allowing me to book a restaurant reservation for Christmas Eve, which I did, considering the holiday closures and my need to plan for my young child. But upon arrival, I was told the restaurant was closed, which was a bit disappointing.

I was delighted by the hotel's cleanliness, silence, and comfort, as well as the free internal parking and the reception staff's kindness. They even called me when I left something behind, which was a lovely touch. However, I was a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast, which didn't quite live up to my expectations. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its many positive qualities.
