The lady over breakfast was the sweetest! The room I booked was unavailable because the property had flooded. It was smaller than expected and I only discovered this when I went up to my room. There were no apologies or professionalism from the front desk. No accommodation or care was offered. A roach was in the bathroom, and the front desk smelled like marijuana.

My stay had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the staff was excellent and the parking space was convenient. However, I faced some issues with the internet, which didn't work for several days. Additionally, the room's noise isolation was poor, and I could feel the vibrations from kids running on the same floor.

One of the highlights of my stay was that I had the option to cook in my room, which was really convenient.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to its spotless cleanliness and the warm hospitality of the staff. Skye at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.
