Very nice place; I’ve stayed a few times and it’s always been excellent. The rooms are nice, the air‑con is effective, and it’s always clean. The staff are always great.

The hotel is lovely, modern, and bright, with comfy beds and a great breakfast 😋, located in a fantastic area with charming cafés, independent shops, and parks all within easy walking distance, though it’s quite a long walk from the tube station.

The apartment’s size is good for London, but the décor feels dated, the walls would benefit from a fresh coat of paint, and there was noticeable limescale in the showers. Some of the furniture is also showing its age, the apartment did not feel as clean as expected with some areas appearing to have been overlooked during cleaning, and breakfast was not ready at the advertised opening time, which was disappointing.
