First off, the staff and everyone else were exceptional. All super polite, professional, and kind.
“Marrakech Riad”
I’d highly recommend this riad. We were hesitant about staying in a riad because we’d only read about them, but giving it a shot turned out to be one of the best decisions. This riad is fantastic. It sits on the corner of the main square of Jamaa El‑fna. The staff and services are second to none – excellent, very accommodating and helpful. They carried our luggage 🧳 to our rooms and even handled it at checkout. They let us have breakfast 30 minutes early since we had an early checkout. There’s a pool, and they set up shade as you sit down. The room was nice and clean; the shower was the only questionable part because the tiles make it hard to tell if they’re clean, but it’s comfortable, has AC, and is really quiet. It was great to escape the heat and come back to a cool, comfortable room with AC. You could drop your key off and they’d know which one to return when you walked back into the lobby. There’s a front‑door person, so it felt very safe and secure, with no worries at all. If we ever return, I’ll definitely stay here again. We also paid 25 € for an airport pickup; the driver met us just outside the main entrance, took us to the main road heading to Jamaa El‑fna square because cars can’t drive in the area in the evening. There we met another man who took our luggage in a cart and walked with us to the riad. Flawless and highly recommend for first‑timers 👌. The main guy we dealt with in the afternoon was great and speaks excellent English too.
Very well situated in the heart of Marrakech, yet quiet and cozy with no outside noise. The best part of this hotel is the people who work there – everyone, without exception, is polite, helpful, and always smiling. Definitely 10 points for these amazing people!
