The owner was super helpful and saved my holiday after a scam on social media; the place was cozy and tidy, close enough to the city center and the metro.

Overall the property fits its price range, but the stay was negatively affected by a broken air‑conditioning system on hot days, despite repeated reports and unhelpful repairs.

The location was good, the building was nice and relatively new, but the bathroom floor was uneven, the cleaning could improve, and there was some dust in the room.

It was close to public transport and had a quiet interior view, yet the shower floor was raised at least 45 cm from the rest of the floor, a step was provided but without grab bars, making it risky for balance; there was no refrigerator, and the furnishings were essential.

The location is great, easy to reach by public transport, in a quiet condominium just a few steps from the Vatican, and the check‑in is automated. At first the host offered to let us leave our luggage in the room because we were arriving so early. We followed the instructions and left the bags at 11:15, right after the previous guests checked out, with the understanding that the room would then be cleaned. We spent the day exploring Rome and returned around 19:00, only to find the room exactly as it had been that morning: the bed sheets were dirty, the bed had not been made, and there were trash bags from the previous guests. I called the host but he didn’t answer; instead he tried to explain the situation over WhatsApp, looking for a reason rather than a fix. He claimed no one had opened the door for cleaning, even though the room was empty. When I kept calling, he offered an unreasonable solution to stay at another property far away. The lack of empathy was truly disgusting, and I wasted an hour of my time on messages—what a disappointment.
