Nothing. The hotel didn't exist.

I booked via the Booking app, paid with my wallet, and had proof of booking and payment. When I got there, the staff said I couldn't check in using the Booking app or any other booking app—only a manual check‑in was possible, which was very confusing. If it wasn't done through an app, why is it still in the app? This leaves customers harmed and no one is accountable.
