The garden view is scenic, the staff keep to themselves and are very professional, and the restaurant—especially the chef—was amazing. I can’t think of any negatives because the place and services are just great.

Grace, the receptionist, was very attentive, sweet, and caring. When I was leaving, she followed me outside, concerned about me walking alone, offered me coffee, so I went back inside. Then she walked with me far enough to find a combi, and she hailed one for me. The room had a comfortable bed, was very quiet, and I slept well.

The rooms were huge, but the shower was cold because the geyser didn’t provide warm water.

The rooms were very beautiful and spacious, yet we got lost and it wasn’t easy to find the hotel. Coming from SA, they insisted on payment in USD only and didn’t accept card swipes, so I had to do a global transfer, which was inconvenient for us.
