The place was not clean, and it was not clean.
“Muy mala experiencia”
It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at; everything was dirty, trash everywhere, the staff had a bad attitude, they didn’t give me the room I booked, and I don’t recommend it.
“What stay we got denied and told we didn't have a reservation”
We were turned away at check‑in and told we had no reservation, and that was the only thing that happened.
The staff were very friendly, the room was clean but needed some repairs, and the area is quiet.
The hallways were filthy and the room had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals.
