Breakfast was great, with a wide selection of fresh foods, the facilities were clean, and the staff service was excellent.

The breakfast staff were pleasant and the selection was good, yet the room was miserable with an uninspiring view of what looked like an office block, no headboard, only one small bedside cabinet and lamp on one side of the bed, a TV positioned at the top of the wall near the ceiling with no live channels, no kettle in the room—having to climb to the 3rd floor to use one—decor in serious need of updating, curtains of different lengths, and overall a miserable experience that made us consider moving to another hotel.
