Great room, great breakfast, excellent location.

We stayed on the top floor, the view was spectacular with a beautiful mountain landscape; the room was spacious, the bathroom was good, everything was well furnished, the underground parking was great and directly accessible by elevator, and the location was convenient in the city center. The only downside was the third bed with a thin mattress that wasn’t very comfortable, and an elevator made noise when stopping at the top floor, though I imagine it has been fixed.

Check‑in was smooth, the location is within walking distance to the train station even with large suitcases, close to shops and restaurants, the beds were comfy, and the walk‑in shower was terrific; I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but I would stay here again if we returned to Innsbruck.
