We liked everything. The hotel is in a quiet central area, the room had everything needed, and the large garden area is perfect for relaxing. The staff were very courteous and pleasant.

Aspar Boutique is in a central spot in Yerevan (20 minutes from Piazza della Repubblica), yet it sits in a quiet, silent neighborhood. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, had a kitchen and a small living room, a roomy bathroom, but no window. The welcome, despite a few initial hiccups, was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and roomy. However, there is no breakfast service. Overall, a good place to stay in the Armenian capital. The access to the property proved tricky: located in a closed-off area off the main road, heavily trafficked, and behind a fence, it took us 45 minutes to get in because the communication with the hotel was not immediate.
