Beautiful interior decoration. Location is fabulous. No real personal service. It’s a typical post Covid experience where there is zero interest in personal service. Ie, check yourself in using a code, find your key through another code. No breakfast service

Lovely room in a fantastic location for exploring Venice. It felt traditional. Air con was good. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but all looked fine. Beds were big and comfortable. Shower screen is too small to stop water going on the floor
