The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; whenever I had a question I sent a text to the host and received a quick reply. The place itself is very nice and relaxing.

I liked that the hotel isn’t too far from Mandeville town centre. Mr Martin was very friendly and helpful, making the stay worthwhile. The pool could use a bit of updating; it’s a little deep and needs clear depth markings. Other than that, there were no major dislikes.

This hidden oasis in Knockpatrick, Manchester, is a lovely property tucked away from the noise and daily bustle—ideal for a media detox. The host was wonderful and very gracious. The only downside was that the cottage was quite warm, but the host supplied a tower fan that fixed the issue.
