Breakfast and dinner were good, and the location worked well because it was close to the city but away from congestion. However, the key cards stopped working after the first day; the staff said that might happen, but if the system was unreliable, why hadn't they fixed it? Also, there is no elevator, and the staff didn’t offer to help with our luggage.

Everything was flawless: the staff and the food were outstanding, and the room was modern, lovely, and spotless. The only downside was that the bed felt a bit too firm for my taste, but that’s purely a personal preference.
