Everything was spectacular – the staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The only issue was that the small pool had cleaning product left on it and it wasn’t removed, which looked a bit unpleasant, but the large pool was super clean. Overall, the hotel and its services surpassed my expectations.

The location was okay, but the staff’s attitude was terrible – no basic manners or courtesy. They reported issues with the rooms: the air conditioning in 207 and 208 didn’t work, and room 305 had bathroom problems, yet that didn’t matter. The restaurant service was awful, with no food and rude staff. Overall, the service was terrible.

The hotel is very nice. There were some noisy kids, but they quieted down by bedtime. The shower water got very hot and there wasn’t enough cold water to bring it down.
