The experience was fantastic in every way: the hotel’s beautiful and convenient location made visiting nearby attractions effortless, and the staff were extremely respectful, cooperative, and always smiling, even going the extra mile to help with flight, bus, sleeper train, and cruise bookings—especially thanks to Mr. Jack. The food was among the best, varied, delicious, and high‑quality, with clear attention to detail. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and the services were top‑level; I thank all the staff for their hospitality. This is definitely a repeatable experience I recommend to anyone seeking comfort, a great location, and excellent service. There was nothing to complain about; everything was superb.

“A pleasant experience, start to finish!”

Our family was well taken care of by the entire staff, I’d like to name drop Robert from reception mostly because he’s usually the first point of contact, but everyone else from reception and F&B was also courteous, helpful, and striving to provide the best service. Money exchange, restaurant booking, sightseeing recommendations, I named it they did it. They can also arrange tours but we’re not hiking people, and we were never pressured into anything. We booked the family room for 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Truly amazing hospitality!. A couple of stains on bedding upon arrival but we did request early check in and they tried to accommodate. Bedding was changed when requested and good as new. Unfortunately there’s only one elevator so waiting for it can be bit long, but never longer than a few minutes. Just a very minor bump
