The price was reasonable for the clean rooms and good beds – just enough for a decent night's sleep. The door was thin, so if someone was on the phone in the hallway it could be a bit uncomfortable, and some rooms had trouble getting hot water for the shower. The air‑conditioner also took a while to kick in.

The spot is great, the accommodation feels cozy and getting around is convenient, and the staff are sweet – Nine was especially nice.

The location was convenient. As soon as I stepped into the room the floor was filthy with a lot of dust, and after three days the bed sheets hadn’t been changed. On the 7th floor the hallway smelled heavily of smoke at night! I was worried when the staff told me it was *normal* and then, on the first floor, I had to confirm again. The staff sent someone up to inspect, and that person told me *no problem, the guest was exaggerating* and nothing was done. It happened every day. Who is responsible for handling this? Is there insurance? With a hotel that big, having a smoky corridor is dangerous and I’ll never stay here again.

The location was good, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the balcony/patio was nice. However, the cleanliness didn’t match our expectations and the online photos were misleading about the room’s actual condition.
