CoCo welcomed us warmly and gave us beautiful gifts for our special occasion, paying close attention to our needs with a friendly and kind attitude; the Magnolia room was well appointed, especially the spa, and we enjoyed the self‑serve Continental Breakfast with many options; the location is beautiful and central to Franklin, right in front of the river, where we took a stroll through Franklin, and CoCo has restored this grand historic house to its former glory.

The room was clean and neat, and the location is central, but we couldn’t get the heater to work, so we felt a bit chilly.
