“Je ne reviendrais plus.”
The place was filthy for a €130 per night stay; trash wasn’t emptied, cigarette smell lingered, a broken nail was found above my pillow, the spa was dirty with residue, and the sheets were cracked—never disappointed, but this was a terrible experience; cleanliness needs serious improvement!

The jacuzzi area and towels were conveniently placed nearby, but the fridge had no water bottle, which was noticeable given how hot the room was.
“Pas mal mais à améliorer.”
I liked the jacuzzi, though it lacked cleanliness; the host was attentive and helpful, thank you for your kindness, and overall cleanliness was acceptable. However, the jacuzzi’s hygiene needs improvement, several pieces of furniture were rusty and should be replaced, and air conditioning is essential in the room with the jacuzzi and sauna because it heats up quickly; the air was very humid and lacked ventilation. A user‑guide panel for the sauna would also be useful, or including that information in the booking confirmation email. The location disappointed us: upon arrival we found a large pile of debris right at the street entrance, making the passage narrow and we had to be very careful driving to the property. The gate key we received was useless because the gate had apparently been non‑functional for some time. Tall weeds suggested it hadn’t been used for a long time. The listing claimed the property was in a residential area, which was far from our experience. While heading to a nearby restaurant, a person at a red light demanded money; after politely refusing, we were insulted. Similar incidents happened outside Carrefour. Finally, children regularly played just outside the front door during our stay, creating significant noise that ruined the calm and quiet we expected.
The jacuzzi was super dirty, there was no air conditioning even though it was listed, and the bed frame was broken.
Everything mentioned in the listing was honored, and the welcome was warm.
